Hardware & Software Maintenance Agreements

The annual Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) gives Icon owners unlimited software downloads for a period of one year. This gives you additional coverage beyond the standard one year of software updates. Must be purchased while covered under the standard warranty or existing SMA.

The Icon´s annual Hardware Maintenance Agreement (HMA) protects you from unanticipated maintenance costs. Repairs are covered, including parts and labor, for twelve months beyond the one-year limited warranty included with the initial purchase. The HMA must be purchased while the product is covered under the standard warranty. Batteries are not covered by the HMA.
