Hardware Maintenance Agreement

The Icon Docking Station annual Hardware Maintenance Agreement (HMA) protects you from unanticipated maintenance costs. Repairs are covered, including parts and labor, for twelve months beyond the one-year limited warranty included with the initial purchase. The HMA must be purchased while the product is covered under the standard warranty. Batteries are not covered by the HMA.

For Icon owners who want to purchase an additional One-Year Hardware Maintenance Agreement after the current warranty has already expired, LevelStar offers a post-warranty HMA Inspection. Simply send us your Icon for a hardware system check. If manufacturer’s requirements are met, you may purchase an additional one-year Hardware Maintenance Agreement. Service fee covers all shipping and unit testing. Batteries are not covered under any Hardware Maintenance Agreement.

The HMA Inspection Service is only required if your Icon’s warranty has expired. If your warranty has not expired, you may purchase an additional HMA without inspection.
